We’ve reserved a room block at Caribe Royale for your convenience, offering King Suites or Double Queen Suites, with the option to upgrade to a 2-Bedroom Villa by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-823-8300 or 407-238-8000 and providing our names ( Gaudreau-Lanno).

If you’d like to extend your stay before the 27th or after the 29th, just call the hotel and provide our last names to lock in our discounted rate.

The hotel does offers shuttle service to and from MCO and free shuttles to local theme parks during your stay, and has waived all parking fees for our group should you choose to rent a vehicle.

The cut off date for booking a room at Caribe is 10.28.26

Buena Vista Suites – Additional Accommodations

For guests seeking a secondary lodging option, Buena Vista Suites has graciously offered a courtesy block for our wedding weekend. This all-suite hotel is conveniently located next door to Caribe Royale, making it an easy and comfortable alternative while still being close to all of the weekend’s events.

Buena Vista Suites offers spacious suite-style accommodations along with a complimentary continental breakfast. Please note that, as this is a courtesy block, room availability and rates may fluctuate. We recommend booking early if this option is of interest.
